Ma cheama Dan Gheorghe Somnea, am 68 ani, IT&C specialist. Sunt casatorit cu Diana Somnea, 59, teacher of English, amandoi pensionari. Am incercat si inca incercam sa ajutam familia parintelui Dan, care trece prin necaz din noaptea de 28 spre 29 februarie 2008, cand a suferit prima interventie, murind si reinviind. Este vorba in speta de cazul de oligastrocitom al doamnei preotese Daniela Estrella, stadiul trei malign. Din aceasta cauza intretin o pagina dedicata luptei impotriva cancerului.
Redau mai jos, traducerea rezultatelor celor doua MRI (RMN) efectuate de pacienta in 14 Aprilie 2010 si respectiv 30 August 2010, atat cat m-am priceput, indrumat de: Atotputernicul Dumnezeu, Maica Domnului, ingerul meu si de Marele Mucenic GHEORGHE, purtator de biruinti, carora le aducem multumiri.
a. Traducerea documentelor de mai jos imi apartine, fiind controlata si de sotia mea. Amandoi nu ne pricepem in terminologia medicala. Totusi, faptul ca EU am vizitat destule adrese, mi-am format, in ce ma priveste, un bagaj minimal de termeni medicali. Urmariti pagina aceasta; desigur nu aveti timp.
b. Am avizul parintelui Gheorghitza sa administrez casuta domniei sale, pe care tot eu i-am creat-o.
c. De administrarea casutei postale stiu unii instiintati personal de mine:
d. Parintele Gheorghitza i-a trimis doctorilor de mai sus, prin posta rapida MRI’s alias RMN-urile efectuate pe CD.
e. Cred ca intelegeti de ce nu s-a raspuns comentariilor dvs. Va multumim pentru incurajari in numele parintelui si a incercatei paciente.
f. Parintele a slabit foarte mult. Nu se ingrijeste de sanatatea lui. Nu stie sa lucreze cu calculatorul. Si daca ar fi stiut, va intreb, ce ar fi facut mai intai? Sa stea noapte de noapte, zi de zi, cum sta la capatul incercatei sale sotii, atunci cand are si dansul liber de la sfnta biserica Marcutza Pantelimon

This exam is interpreted in correlation with the one dated on September 11th, 2009, after surgical intervention.
This exam is partially “artefacted?” due to respiratory movements of the patient.
At the fronto-parietal level better interested (expressed) on the left side,
the hyperintense flair singal T2, FLAIR
and hyposignal T1 with suggestive aspect for an intricate “sub level?” – “peritumoral?” edema
and gliotic post-radiotherapy
and a lesion of type porencephalic “multioculat?” (after surgical intervention)
which tractionates, dilates, and with the anterior versant /en français/ of lateral ventricle.
Post administration of contrast substance (iv) : at the left frontal level around the frontal horn of
left lateral ventricle finds again a macro-nodular lesion which appears vague delimitated, “hipercaptant peripherical ?”
with irregular wall, “anfractuos?”, with nonequal thickness in an easier dimensional progression, having now maximal
dimensions of
~ 3.7 / 4.6 / 3.9 cm on the ventral face of frontal horn, and
~ 2.1 / 1.3 / 3 cm on the the dorsal versant with minimal mass effect and displacement of median line structures
to the right.
Found again parasagittal high, “right?”, “frontal-parietal?” of “faux du cerveau” (en français), calcified
having max. dimensions of 3.1 / 1.2 / 2.2 cm, unmodified.
To be mentioned other contrast prises localised on the “para-venticle anterior lateral?” right (1 / 1.5 / 2.8 cm).
Right “volet crânien fronto parietal” (en français) havind a ~4.8 cm diameter.
“avec le bombardement du parenchyme cérébral” (en français) at this level.
A ventricular system dilatation more interested (expressed) at the level of frontal horn of left lateral ventricle.
A small arahnoidian chist (dims.: ~ 2.3, 1.3 cm) localised at temoral antero-median left.
Left maxillar sinusitis (gauche sinusite maxilaire, en français).
Conclusions
Tumor frontal lesions bilateral in progression in comparison with 11.10.2009 MRI.
Post surgical intervention fronto-parietal modifications more extended on the left side.

Found again the post operator modifications and post therapy.
At the frontal parietal bilateral level they are more extended into the left side, with asimmetry
of lateral ventricles; an important dilatation through traction of the lateral ventricle left versant anterior by
gliosis and modifications of adjacent porencephalic type.
Found again “prise de contraste” (en français) with with anfractuous contours in the frontal parietal bilateral
regions, asymmetrics, which delimits necrotic areas in interior, with subcortical and profound topography,
relatively dimensional superimposed, excepting the frontal parasagittal lesion, high and “right?”,
with maximal dimensions of 3.3 / 4 / 2.3 cm appearing in a dimensional progression.
Unchanged aspect both of position and dimensions of ventricular system.
hypotrophy aspect of the left cerebral peduncle.
Discrete lateral maxillar sinusitis placed in the basal part.
Discrete right inflammatory ethymoid process.
Conclusions
Discret progression of the right frontal parasagittal mass. In rest,
the same superimposed aspect as the lattest MRI.

Daniela Estrella, tumora gigant pe creier
Ma numesc Dan Gheorghe si sunt preot la Biserica “Sfintii Arhangheli Gavriil si Mihail”, Marcuta – Pantelimon, str. Marcuta nr. 8, sector 2, Bucuresti.
Sotia mea, Daniela Estrella, profesor de religie la Scoala nr. 89 este grav bolnava.
Sotia avea ameteli din ce in ce mai dese in cursul anului 2007.
A facut RMN in ianuarie 2008 si i s-a depistat o tumora gigant, prost pozitionata pe centrul corpului calos. In plus are si talasemie minora.
Pentru a afla natura tumorii s-a efectuat biopsia. Doctorul a atras atentia ca talasemia minora, cf. statisticilor, prezenta un risc de hemoragie la trei cazuri din o suta de pacienti care aveau talasemie minora.
Un neurochirug roman stabilit in Paris nu si-a asumat riscul unei interventii chirurgicale. Dupa parerea lui, pacienta ar fi ramas cu severe urme, inclusiv paralizie. Nefiind in situatia de a suporta financiar costul unei interventii in Paris dar, si primind incurajarile de rigoare din partea doctorilor romani, sotia si eu am fost de acord sa suporte efectuarea biopsiei si eventuala operatie in Spitalul “Bagdasar Arsenie” (fost nr. 9) .
Am internat-o miercuri 27 februarie 2008 la Spitalul “Bagdasar Arsenie” (fost nr. 9) la Clinica de Neurochirurgie, SNC etaj 6.
Pe data de 28 februarie 2008 a facut biopsie.
La cateva ore dupa efectuarea biopsiei a inceput hemoragia interna. In noaptea de 28 / 29 februarie s-a facut interventia de stopare a hemoragiei, de inlaturare a hematomului, ramanand cu o parte din creier denudat (fara os).
Pacienta a ramas in coma 14 zile, cu o evolutie extrem de inceata.
Practic era paralizata si nici nu putea vorbi la inceput. Abia la postoperator recunostea persoanele vizitatoare, auzea si dadea din cap afirmativ sau negativ, in functie de intrebarile care i se puneau.
A fost trasferata la finele lunii martie la Spitalul Fundeni, la Sectia de Oncologie. Aici a urmat 20 de sedinte de radioterapie intensiva, un program de recuperare fizica si o prima cura de chimioterapie (temodal).
Dupa externare, a efectuat acasa alte sapte cure de chimioterapie si alte sedinte de recuperare fizica.
Intre timp, am luat legatura si cu medici naturisti, care au recomandat tratament alternativ bazat pe spanz, aloe vera, “ciuperca lui Dumnezeu” si alte remedii.
In urma ultimului RMN efectuat (al treilea), tumora s-a redus cu cca 60 (saizeci) de procente.
Mi s-a recomandat sa iau legatura fie cu colectivul de specialisti de la Clinica de Neurochirurgie din München, pentru interventie prin cyberknife, fie la Clinica de Neurochirurgie de la Hanovra, prin procedeul clasic, intrucat in tara tratamentul a ajuns la punctul de varf.
La sugestia medicilor, deoarece tumora nu a ajuns sub 3 cm, pentru a benefica de procedeul cyberknife, am luat legatura cu Dr. Samii de la Hanovra la sfarsitul lunii septembrie 2008 pentru o interventie clasica.
Clinica de Neurochirurgie din Hanovra poseda un RMN functional si o tehnica de exceptie. In consecinta, am trimis doctorului Samii documentele (atasate mai jos in engleza) plus CD-urile cu RMN-urile efectate. Acesta ne asteapta oricand, dar operatia ar fi oportuna, deoarece o ultima cura de chimioterapie nu mai poate reduce dimensiunile tumorii.
Nu am atasat la acest blog sutele de cadre jpeg ale vreunui RMN din motive de spatiu.

It was executed a stereotaxic punction of the « Corp callos » tumour with bifrontal extension PO 321/ February 28th 2008, with the favorable evolution of post surgery;
but after that the patient becomes aphasis; later her consciousness gets worst
a brain control is made and the surgeron the abundent bliding in the tumoral region (under the corp callus). It was necessary to start another surgery.

The post surgery period was slightely favorable.
The state at the discharge date: neurological point of view improved.
She is transfered to the Oncological Institute of Bucharest, Fundeni Hospital.
