Ultimele rezultate ale MRI traduse de un vecin de scara care si publica pe acest blog cu avizul meu
Ma cheama Dan Gheorghe Somnea, am 68 ani, IT&C specialist. Sunt casatorit cu Diana Somnea, 59, teacher of English, amandoi pensionari. Am incercat si inca incercam sa ajutam familia parintelui Dan, care trece prin necaz din noaptea de 28 spre 29 februarie 2008, cand a suferit prima interventie, murind si reinviind. Este vorba in speta de cazul de oligastrocitom al doamnei preotese Daniela Estrella, stadiul trei malign. Din aceasta cauza intretin o pagina dedicata luptei impotriva cancerului.
Redau mai jos, traducerea rezultatelor celor doua MRI (RMN) efectuate de pacienta in 14 Aprilie 2010 si respectiv 30 August 2010, atat cat m-am priceput, indrumat de: Atotputernicul Dumnezeu, Maica Domnului, ingerul meu si de Marele Mucenic GHEORGHE, purtator de biruinti, carora le aducem multumiri.
a. Traducerea documentelor de mai jos imi apartine, fiind controlata si de sotia mea. Amandoi nu ne pricepem in terminologia medicala. Totusi, faptul ca EU am vizitat destule adrese, mi-am format, in ce ma priveste, un bagaj minimal de termeni medicali. Urmariti pagina aceasta; desigur nu aveti timp.
b. Am avizul parintelui Gheorghitza sa administrez casuta domniei sale, pe care tot eu i-am creat-o.
c. De administrarea casutei postale stiu unii instiintati personal de mine:
d. Parintele Gheorghitza i-a trimis doctorilor de mai sus, prin posta rapida MRI’s alias RMN-urile efectuate pe CD.
e. Cred ca intelegeti de ce nu s-a raspuns comentariilor dvs. Va multumim pentru incurajari in numele parintelui si a incercatei paciente.
f. Parintele a slabit foarte mult. Nu se ingrijeste de sanatatea lui. Nu stie sa lucreze cu calculatorul. Si daca ar fi stiut, va intreb, ce ar fi facut mai intai? Sa stea noapte de noapte, zi de zi, cum sta la capatul incercatei sale sotii, atunci cand are si dansul liber de la sfnta biserica Marcutza Pantelimon

sa se ocupe de raspuns la comentarii ?
g. Nu interpretati acest lucru ca pe o mandrie a mea! Mandria este un mare pacat ! Dar, daca sunteti crestini ar fi cazul ca sa retrimiteti pagina amintita la destui pe care ii stiti in nevoi. Tin sa subliniez ca nu imi ise nici un avantaj material din retrimiterea acesti adrese. Va multumesc !

Investigation Result
This exam is interpreted in correlation with the one dated on September 11th, 2009, after surgical intervention.
This exam is partially “artefacted?” due to respiratory movements of the patient.
At the fronto-parietal level better interested (expressed) on the left side,
the hyperintense flair singal T2, FLAIR
and hyposignal T1 with suggestive aspect for an intricate “sub level?” – “peritumoral?” edema
and gliotic post-radiotherapy
and a lesion of type porencephalic “multioculat?” (after surgical intervention)
which tractionates, dilates, and with the anterior versant /en français/ of lateral ventricle.
Post administration of contrast substance (iv) : at the left frontal level around the frontal horn of
left lateral ventricle finds again a macro-nodular lesion which appears vague delimitated, “hipercaptant peripherical ?”
with irregular wall, “anfractuos?”, with nonequal thickness in an easier dimensional progression, having now maximal
dimensions of
~ 3.7 / 4.6 / 3.9 cm on the ventral face of frontal horn, and
~ 2.1 / 1.3 / 3 cm on the the dorsal versant with minimal mass effect and displacement of median line structures
to the right.
Found again parasagittal high, “right?”, “frontal-parietal?” of “faux du cerveau” (en français), calcified
having max. dimensions of 3.1 / 1.2 / 2.2 cm, unmodified.
To be mentioned other contrast prises localised on the “para-venticle anterior lateral?” right (1 / 1.5 / 2.8 cm).
Right “volet crânien fronto parietal” (en français) havind a ~4.8 cm diameter.
“avec le bombardement du parenchyme cérébral” (en français) at this level.
A ventricular system dilatation more interested (expressed) at the level of frontal horn of left lateral ventricle.
A small arahnoidian chist (dims.: ~ 2.3, 1.3 cm) localised at temoral antero-median left.
Left maxillar sinusitis (gauche sinusite maxilaire, en français).
Conclusions
Tumor frontal lesions bilateral in progression in comparison with 11.10.2009 MRI.
Post surgical intervention fronto-parietal modifications more extended on the left side.

The exam interpreted in reltion with the result of 12.04.2010 MRI.
Found again the post operator modifications and post therapy.
At the frontal parietal bilateral level they are more extended into the left side, with asimmetry
of lateral ventricles; an important dilatation through traction of the lateral ventricle left versant anterior by
gliosis and modifications of adjacent porencephalic type.
Found again “prise de contraste” (en français) with with anfractuous contours in the frontal parietal bilateral
regions, asymmetrics, which delimits necrotic areas in interior, with subcortical and profound topography,
relatively dimensional superimposed, excepting the frontal parasagittal lesion, high and “right?”,
with maximal dimensions of 3.3 / 4 / 2.3 cm appearing in a dimensional progression.
Unchanged aspect both of position and dimensions of ventricular system.
hypotrophy aspect of the left cerebral peduncle.
Discrete lateral maxillar sinusitis placed in the basal part.
Discrete right inflammatory ethymoid process.
Conclusions
Discret progression of the right frontal parasagittal mass. In rest,
the same superimposed aspect as the lattest MRI.
